Cutting the Crap: Entry 1

So…I haven’t lost much weight, and to be honest…I’m totally not surprised.  I’ve managed to change my eating/drinking habits, but not enough to make a real difference yet.  I’m down to 138, so I’m happy to be back in the 130’s, but I’m not going to continue to improve with my quasi-sedentary lifestyle.  I’ve joined a gym, so I feel that I’m making progress in the “get off your lazy a$$” department of Cutting the Crap, now I just need to start eating better.  I’ve made myself a promise, if I can do well all week, then one day a week I can eat something bad for me.  I have managed to avoid fast food & Starbucks for 2 days now, and I’m SUPER proud of that!!!  I’m going to keep it up, I have to…I want to get down to 120…it’s not hard, I can do it.  I’ll keep updating…I’ll keep holding myself accountable for my own actions…

SN – I’m also going to stop spending so much damn money…I buy stuff, then I look at it and think “WTF?”…I did well on that the last 2 days also, I’ve gone to Target and only spend $50, but it was on things that were needed, and I went into Michaels and managed to buy ONLY 4 things…2 of them I actually went in for!!!  Thanks for reading….
